Chief Financial Officer
Chris Fronk
As the CFO for TSS Solutions, Chris is responsible for shaping and executing financial strategies to assist in our continued growth within the radar depot segment as well as developing innovative approaches for new business areas such as FMS radar upgrades, integrating advanced technologies that enhance radar performance, and radar support services. In addition to overseeing all accounting, FP&A, treasury and audit functions, Chris is the head of TSS’s Human Resources, Material Management, and Information Technology departments.

Chris has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience. Before joining TSS in 2023, he spent 16 years with L3Harris Technologies, working in a variety of successive financial leadership roles, ultimately as the Director of the Autonomous Intelligence Solutions Division. Programs within that division supported various government customers, including the National Reconnaissance Office, National Geospatial Agency, Department of Defense, and the larger Defense and Intelligence Community.

He began his professional career with The Boeing Company at Kennedy Space Center, where he worked for eight years on the Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
