Ryan Fayrweather
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
As VP of Sales & Marketing, Ryan is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, overseeing TSS Solutions’ marketing and brand presence, and leading the capture process for new contract awards.
Ryan is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 30 years of experience in international defense cooperation, foreign military sales, strategic partnerships, and global business development. During his military career, he served in numerous overseas assignments, including multiple embassy leadership and security cooperation positions, and as a three-time Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation at U.S. Embassies overseas. One of those assignments was in Rome, where he helped manage some of the most important U.S. defense relationships, including programs involving the F-35, RQ-4 Global Hawk, and other major security cooperation initiatives. He also served as Director of U.S. Army Security Assistance Command's CENTCOM office, overseeing engagement across some of America's most strategically important partner nations.
Following his military retirement, Ryan spent more than two years as Vice President of International Business Development at Ocean Aero, helping expand the company's global presence and supporting international defense and maritime autonomy initiatives. Most recently, he worked as a consultant with Victory 6 Advisors, supporting a variety of small and emerging companies with international business development, strategic growth, fundraising, and defense market engagement efforts.
Ryan resides in Huntsville, Ala., one of the nation's fastest-growing defense and aerospace hubs.
