Vice President of Sales & Marketing
As the VP of Sales & Marketing, Randy is responsible for Growth, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Capture Management.
Randy has over 35 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industry in Program Management, Business Development, and Capture Management.
Before joining TSS, Randy worked at Lockheed Martin, where he held program management and business development positions. Randy was the Senior Program Manager over a Lighter-Than-Air Business Unit and C4ISR Global Defense Systems Line of Business responsible for profit/loss, operations, programmatics, and Growth. He served as the Capture Manager for many persistent surveillance and system sustainment bids winning over $1.5B in orders.
Randy was a 25-year career USAF officer. He held senior management positions with the National Reconnaissance Office program offices and headquarters, conducting satellite acquisition, ground station operations, space launch operations, advanced programs, and liaison to Congress. Randy also held senior leadership positions with USAF Space Command as a Commander of progressively larger units (Detachment, Squadron, and Group) concentrated on satellite operations and space launch.
Randy has a BS degree in Management (California State) and Masters in Systems Management (University of Southern California). He is certified as a Qualified Program Manager Level 3 from the Defense Systems Management College.
