TSS Solutions Leadership Team

As the President and CEO of TSS Solutions, Darryl Wilkerson develops and implements the strategy to achieve the goals of the Board, running all facets of the business and providing overall leadership to TSS’ technology development programs.

He is a career defense and intelligence executive with more than 40 years of operations and leadership experience in the national security domain, including more than 15 years on the Acorn Capital Management leadership team.

​

Darryl joined Acorn's advisory board in 2004 and became a full-time member of the management team in 2006. He previously served as President and CEO of Acorn's Integrated Defense Group and, in 2020, was appointed partner, chief operating officer, and member of the capital management team. His earlier career spans senior roles at L3 Technologies, Teledyne Brown Engineering, and Raytheon, following service in the United States Air Force.

Darryl holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University, an MS in Management from Chadron State College, and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Folds of Honor and is active in the Air Force Association, Aerospace Industries Association, Association of the US Army, Global Special Operations Forces Foundation, and National Defense Industrial Association.
